Coverage Needed

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (may extend to 5:00 PM for chart rounds)
• Call: Potential call, limited dates if needed

Clinical Details

• Trauma Level: Level II Trauma Center
• Average Patients per Day: 35-50 patients on treatment
• Required Procedures: 3D treatment, IMRT, SBRT/SRS treatments, Simulations, Consults, Follow-ups, OTVs
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: 2 RNs, 5 Radiation Therapists, 1 Dosimetrist, 1 Physicist, 2 Front Desk Team Members, 1 Physician
• 100% Adult Patient Population
• Some inpatient consults

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
• Active IL License
• Active IL DEA/CSR
