Support customers on popular Catalog Embedded Products (MCU/MPU/Wireless). Provide personalized technical support online (email / teams) to understand customers problems & solve them with smart efficient use of resources (own knowledge & product line resources). Support Partner FAE in distribution on enabling them win with REN products & solutions. Providing them with training materials / collaterals / demos they need to convince customers to use REN products or solutions.
