I. Basic Functions:
Through rapport building and a customer focused approach, the Online Program Recruiter will be responsible for following up on individual prospects to ensure they are fully informed of online non-degree and online graduate degree programs, and guiding prospective online students in a consultative fashion, throughout the application and enrolment process.
Develops relationships with individual prospects that maximize the likelihood of their enrolling in online programs at the university. II. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related subjects (specific to faculty). 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably proven experience in dealing with matters related to customer service in higher education, and online education.
