Provides operational support across print, mail, document imaging, and facility services. Handles high-volume equipment, mail processing, reporting, and general office support functions. May also assist with reception, conference setup, and light maintenance tasks. Reports to site leadership.
Responsibilities
- Operate high-volume copy, print, and document imaging equipment and related software
- Perform binding, finishing, QC checks, and final job verification
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and fax distribution; apply postage
- Monitor, inspect, and maintain copiers; clear jams and report technical issues
