Job Description
Requirements - Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware
- Good knowledge of Win 10, Win 11 & MS Office
- Knowledge of Mac OS is preferred
- Good understanding of Buyer's enterprise productivity tools and solutions to answer how-to type questions
- Familiar with a trading floor IT setup
- Knowledge of trading applications such as ICE, Endure, Bloomberg
- Co-located and enhanced VIP/white glove approach to support
