Nanyang Technological University Singapore is seeking a Research Assistant to advance research in open-source processor architectures and corresponding hardware accelerators. The successful candidate will engage in doctoral research focusing on RISC-V systems, digital IC design, and EDA tools.

Responsibilities include conducting high-quality research, designing ICs using Verilog/SystemVerilog, and optimizing EDA workflows. Candidates should hold at least a Bachelor’s degree and have a strong interest in AI hardware acceleration.
