“employer of choice” in the communities we serve. We offer crew and management
training for those interested in building a career with us. And we are proud to
say that almost 100% of our management team started as crew.
So, what does a member of our Crew Team get to do??
· Work as part of a team to deliver fast and friendly service
· Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive
experience
· Prepare all of McDonald’s World-Famous food
· Keep the restaurant clean and looking fantastic
Job Requirements
We are looking for people who like to start and end their day
early. Our opening crew start at 4am and finish their workday as their schedule
