Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall installation, configuration, maintenance and migration of CCM forms.
• Working with business technology groups to integrate their applications with the ECM infrastructure so that content management capabilities can deliver a robust CCM solution.
• Resolving operational issues as quickly as possible and driving out root causes and resolutions to those root causes.
• Analyzing the existing forms and coming up with dynamic forms which will help the business users reduce manual effort.

Essential Skills

• More than 5 years’ experience of OpenText CCM solution design, build and maintain on medium and large‑scale projects.
