Salary: $3,190 - $6,500/month (based on experience)

Shift Pattern: Currently 2 rotating shifts (transitioning to 3 rotating shifts after expansion)

• Prepare and maintain a sterile operating room environment
• Assist surgeons and the surgical team throughout procedures
• Check and prepare surgical instrument trolleys for cases
• Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures
• Participate in emergency surgeries when on-call
• Perform daily checks on crash carts, emergency equipment, and supplies
