• Ensure hostel rooms and common areas are clean, defect-free, and ready for check‑ins/outs
• Handle residents inquiries, feedback, and complaints
• Conduct inspections and report defects
• Coordinate and escort contractors for repairs
• Monitor vendor performance and safety compliance
• Record monthly utilities readings

• Secondary education with 1 year experience in customer service or facilities/property management
• Good communication skills; service-oriented
• Able to multitask, work independently and in a team
• Adaptable to changes
