Job Description
Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate assigned shift; conduct daily pre-operation meeting with staffs on duties
- Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine cleaning using equipment & machinery
- Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule
- Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction
- Check on staff punctuality and discipline
- Any other duties assigned by Superiors and Clients
Requirements - Able to work midnight shift
- Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.
- Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients
- At least 1 year’s experience in similar role in hotel sector
