Operation, Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive
. Ensure smooth onsite operations (e.g., toolcrib and vending machine management, non-conformance resolution, etc.)
. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, RFQs, and issues
. Forecast customer demand and communicate internal needs
. Propose and manage commercial programs such as cost savings initiatives
. Attend regular meetings with the customer
. Work closely with internal teams to deliver top-tier customer service
. Build a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Requirments
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Diploma Supply Chain Management, or a related field
. Strong supply chain knowledge and customer service skills
. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
. Understanding of financial metrics such as EBIT and working capital
