Our client is looking for an experienced Operation Engineer to support the operations team in the area of network and security platforms. The position focuses on operational excellence, ITIL-based processes, and infrastructure operations within a complex enterprise environment
- Service, change, and incident management according to ITIL standards using ManageEngine ServiceDesk+
- Operational support and maintenance of network and security platforms
- Handling ticket and operations processes
- Managing and supporting Check Point firewalls, ideally also Fortinet environments
- Cisco Nexus and NDFC operations
- Cisco ISE operations
- Cisco Wireless Controller operations
- Writing and maintaining operational manuals/documentation
- Workload: 40% (can potentially increase, but no guarantee)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM – 04:00 PM
