Job Scope

• To execute import shipments process in an efficient and effective manner.
• Billing invoices to generated accurately, timely and sent out promptly to customers to facilitate efficient payments by customers
• Perform checks on the approval cargo clearance permit/cargo conditions before releasing to Warehouse / Traffic
• Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, carrier, co-loaders, transporters and overseas agents)
• Create billing, shipment details and permit declaration, email to customers or overseas agent
