Job Objective
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure excellent customer experiences, operational efficiency, and business performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing restaurant operations, supervising staff, maintaining service quality, controlling costs, and driving overall business growth.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations while ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and team performance.
