Responsible for successfully driving all operational aspects of the brand; including front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) of the outlet.

Ensures high food quality and service levels while maximizing revenue, accurate forecasting and budgeting.


Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in the same position.

• Proven in managing multi-brand in lifestyle restaurant or retail industry.

• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge & passion
