Job Responsibilities

• To assist the General Manager on related matters concerning the Consultants and relief of duty of General Manager in his/her absence;
• To ensure smooth running of related services operation and provide feedback for improvement, efficiency and effectiveness to upgrade its services;
• To report directly to General Manager of Hospital on all matters pertaining to hospital operations either by written or verbal reports when requested.
• To assist General Manager in carrying out general administrative matter.
• To develop and formulate policies and procedures of the standard of hospital to ensure excellence of delivery of services.
• To prepare proper working paper and feasibility study to assess the need of the hospital equipment and new/future investment or extension programme for the growth of the hospital.
