Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations across multiple functions, including assembly, inspection, testing, and final system validation for complex equipment and subsystems.
- Plan and prioritize production schedules by balancing manpower, machine capacity, material availability, and operational efficiency to meet delivery targets.
- Drive operational performance by tracking key metrics (e.g., cycle time, throughput, quality) and facilitating regular reviews, milestone discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
