Operations Manager who is willing to take on a challenging and demanding role. The position requires someone who is prepared to work long hours when necessary and is comfortable managing our wholesale/retail cum restaurant shop (2-in-1 shop wholesale and retail with F&B). The role is hands‑on, and you may be required to assist in supervising our kitchen operations as part of your responsibilities.
You must be adaptable to a fast‑paced work environment, able to handle pressure, and committed to improving both our wholesale/retail and restaurant operations. The job will also require working on weekends and public holidays. A strong sense of responsibility, independence, and teamwork is essential.
