Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end central kitchen operations (food production, packing, dispatch)
  • Ensure production schedules, deadlines, timely packing and dispatch of orders
  • Monitor daily output, productivity, and efficiency
  • Supervise chefs, kitchen assistants, and production staff
  • Plan manpower allocation and shift scheduling
  • Train staff on SOPs, hygiene standards, safety procedures
  • Maintain proper records (temperature logs, cleaning schedules, inventory) and analyze operational data and prepare reports
  • Coordinate with delivery team for route planning and scheduling
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Working at Central Kitchen, Split shift
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in food production setting
