**Manager, Operations**

**Position Summary**

Under the general direction of the General Manager. Responsible for overall, control and management of all activities within the manufacturing and logistical operations. Develops and sustains a continuous improvement culture within the manufacturing facilities.

**Principle Responsibilities**

+ Responsible for understanding the Tecomet Quality Management System (QMS). Effectively maintains quality system.
+ Develop manufacturing and operational strategic plans and oversee their implementation.
+ Responsible for formulating policies, programs, and objectives affecting the schedule, quality, and cost of manufactured products.
