OperationsTo control the provision of welcome, farewell, accompaniment, lounge, fast track and loyalty program operation services to passengers in accordance with the established rules and procedures in order to ensure customer satisfaction.To prepare and follow the daily work plans of the employees in order to provide the services without interruption.To check the compliance of the employees with the specified clothing (uniform, hair, make-up, etc.) work discipline and code of conduct during working hours.To make the necessary reporting to the Operations Manager in order to transfer the information, demands and expectations from the passengers regarding the product to the relevant units.To supervise and control the fixtures at the service points, to ensure the solution of malfunctions, to control the order and cleanliness of the service points.
