The Operational Disruption Assistance Agent is responsible for providing comprehensive assistance to passengers affected by operational irregularities, ensuring agile, empathetic, and solution‑oriented service.
This role is based in Terminal 1, Barcelona Airport (BCN) working 21 hours per week over 3 days with rotating shifts.
Salary circa €18,500 per annum (full‑time equivalent).
Manage operational incidents such as cancellations, diversions, overbooking, and missed connections, offering suitable alternatives to passengers; minimize the impact of operational disruptions on passengers, ensuring proper assistance, rebooking, and traceability of services provided, while maintaining the company’s quality standards and regulatory compliance.
