Job Opportunity: Operational Excellence (OpEx) Leader About the Role:
Sanmina’s Tatabánya plant is seeking a high-energy, results-oriented OpEx Leader to drive a culture of continuous improvement across our electronics manufacturing operations. You will be the primary architect of efficiency, tasked with identifying waste, streamlining complex processes, and mentoring teams in the art of better, faster, smarter.
As the OpEx Leader, you won’t just be monitoring KPIs; you will be on the shop floor, leading the charge in transforming our operational DNA through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement the site’s Continuous Improvement (CI) roadmap in alignment with corporate global standards.
Lean Transformation: Lead Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) sessions to eliminate non-value-added activities.
