Job Description
Responsibilities - Drive operational excellence and innovation by reviewing processes to identify potential areas of improvement to optimize quality, efficiency and effectiveness
- Work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points and align on objectives and considerations
- Analyse data to derive actionable insights and guide decision making
- Monitor key performance metrics and indicators in conjunction with internal stakeholders to ensure governance and compliance
