Operational Oversight Analyst – About the Role

As part of the Operational Oversight team, you will support the firm's control framework to meet Conduct Risk & Client Assets and Money (CASS) obligations, manage regulatory breaches, conduct reviews, support audits, and provide training to business areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete and analyze regulatory breaches, capture root causes, preventative steps, and assess impacts.
• Conduct CASS and Conduct Governance Reviews to identify risks and recommend control improvements.
• Coordinate with business units to close actions from first‑line governance reviews.
• Review market‑abuse alerts in line with MAR and ensure sanctions screening is completed.
