Role Overview Reporting to the Managing Director and functionally to the Quality Process and Development Manager, the individual will support Quality and Operational Excellence in driving continous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with Head Office to align practices and standards across the organisation, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Drive the implementation of Operational Excellence initiatives and frameworks.
- Conduct ISM/ISO audits and lead continuous improvement based on audit findings and feedback.
- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects to completion, ensuring timely and successful implementation of improvements.
- Apply strong analytical skills to measure performance, identify trends, and provide data‑driven recommendations to improve efficiency and quality.
