For our Oslo office we are looking for an Operational Purchaser. With a new Supply Chain Management (SCM) organisation in place, Fugro is on an exciting journey to accelerate growth and value creation. You have a key role to play in this context by delivering the most competitive cost base by building a strong Purchasing organisation. You will support the Purchasing Supervisor.
Your Role:
- Purchasing Goods and Services: Responsible for purchasing goods and services for Fugro Norway, ensuring the best value in terms of cost, delivery, sustainability, and quality.- Obtaining Quotes and Negotiating: Obtain quotes for each purchase and negotiate the best terms with suppliers.- Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships, send purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.- Performance Metrics: Contribute to departmental and global KPIs, including spend control, delivery performance, and savings.- Administrative Duties: Handle day-to-day administration, ven...
