Mission.

Mission within the Digital Working unit (part of IT Production). In delegation to the Group Digital Working and conform to its Operating Model, the mission is to deliver Digital Working devices and services to users, ensure the quality of devices and services, and support users in their digital working experience. Clients expect access to collaborative tools anywhere, anytime, fast, in a secure way and with confidence. We deliver and support all business users in Belgium, representing roughly 20,000 users. In our Agile organization, you will be working as Operational Services Improvement Officer in the team Le Comptoir, Service Delivery.
