Responsibilities

Client Activation & Functional Analysis

• Lead onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring correct adoption of the QUIXOTIC platform.
• Analyze client operational needs (especially in gas and electricity billing) and translate them into clear system configurations.
• Support clients during their initial usage phase, resolving questions and ensuring operational stability.
• Build strong relationships with client teams, acting as a functional reference throughout their lifecycle.

Operational Support & Issue Resolution

• Provide daily operational support to energy retailers in electricity and gas processes.
• Analyze incidents related to contracts, tariffs, ATR processes, billing, and regulatory data.
