Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented, data-obsessed professional to manage and maintain critical datasets that drive our sales, revenue, and operational decisions. This role ensures data accuracy across systems and delivers actionable insights to leadership through structured reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage large datasets related to sales, revenue, commissions, and operations.
• Perform regular data reconciliation between internal trackers, CRM, finance data, and other sources.
• Identify discrepancies in data and proactively resolve inconsistencies.
• Ensure accurate and timely Salesforce CRM updates (leads, opportunities, multiple stages & closures, etc.).
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review.
