Job Specifications
- Required education: Bachelor's/College Degree in Business/Management/Administration, Engineering (Industrial), Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in warehousing, logistics operations and administration (or related field). Preferably FMCG/E‑commerce industry with an area greater than 7,000 square meters.
- In-depth understanding of finance, knowledge of legal requirements for operating a warehouse, and strong people‑management skills including the ability to lead and motivate staff.
- Excellent oral and written communication, ability to delegate work, explain ideas, plan and organize tasks, and maintain a wide professional network.
- Proactive, solid problem‑solving abilities, initiative, and a positive mindset.
