We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our daily operations and customer service back-end processes. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.

• Quality Control & Garment Inspection: Conduct daily garment inspections for defects such as stains, tears, missing buttons, fabric damage, and other abnormalities
• Record findings accurately in our internal systems
