As an Operations Associate at Ask & Embla, you will support the day‑to‑day coordination of our inventory and logistics operations, assisting with inbound shipments, outbound customer orders, inventory records, and administrative tasks to keep the warehouse running efficiently.
What You'll Do Inbound Logistics Support - Assist with coordinating inbound shipments, including tracking and documentation.
- Support the receiving process by verifying quantities and checking items against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Help with the intake and organization of new inventory in the warehouse.
- Flag discrepancies or issues with inbound shipments to the appropriate team member for resolution.
Outbound Logistics Support - Assist with order fulfillment activities including picking, packing, and labeling of customer orders.
- Support coordination with shipping carriers for order pickups.
