The Operations Lead supports and executes the firm's day-to-day non-investment operations, ensuring smooth execution of trading, technology operations, compliance processes, vendor coordination, and operational workflows.

This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive operator with an understanding of hedge fund processes and familiarity with or strong interest in the crypto ecosystem. You'll report directly to the COO and work closely with both senior leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence.
