Job Description
We are seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our Operations team, reporting to our Programme Planning Manager. This part-time fixed-term 3 months role (with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position) based at our sKids Support Office in Glenfield.
In this role, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team, General Manager Operations, Regional Operations Managers, and the Programme Planning Manager.
- Assist with programme readiness for both term and holiday periods through managing communications, organising resources, and coordinating courier services.
- Assist with project planning, event coordination, communications, and distribution of materials to the sKids network.
- Maintain accurate documentation to facilitate effective resource tracking and uphold efficient stock levels.
