**Job Summary/Purpose**

Responsible for execution of transmission maintenance projects providing technical support, oversight, scheduling, monitoring, coordination, and management updates.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities**

+ Successful candidate should possess strong skills in safety leadership, organization, and multi-tasking.
+ Oversee & monitor the safety and performance of contractors and company personnel ensuring crews work safely, efficiently and effectively. This includes meeting the influencing leader requirements of 3 minimum field observations per month (15 minimum per quarter) and documenting them in AirsWeb.
