Job Description

Operations Coordinator – Theatre & Anaesthesia Team

Fixed‑term 12 months, full‑time – 80 hours per fortnight.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate recruitment of Nurses, Health Care Assistants, Anaesthetic Technicians and Administrators.
  • Prepare and manage multiple recruitment reports to ensure timely progress.
  • Maintain and report on recruitment metrics and adapt to continual changes.
  • Provide administrative support in the peri‑operative environment.
  • Collaborate with Charge Nurse Managers, Educators, Team Leaders, Administrators, the Nurse Manager and Operations Manager.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a health care setting.
  • Efficient prioritisation and ability to work independently.
  • Self‑driven and able to complete tasks without prompting.
