Please note that this position is working for a single-unit restaurant in Palm Beach County, FL.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our restaurant management team. You will be responsible for leading a part of the company's day-to-day business operations (Kitchen, Front Counter, Drive-Thru, Catering) focusing on culture, developing leaders, managing costs, establishing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and work daily in multiple areas of the restaurant, including Kitchen, Front Counter, and Drive-Thru
- Cast the vision and establish the culture for the department.
- Develop and grow all leaders in the department.
- Establish and achieve all labor goals.
- Create and implement all systems for the department.
- Ensure operational excellence and be accountable for all service scores in the department.
