Operations Director – Built Estate (Central Region)

Location: Central England Salary: £135,000 – £150,000 + package

Hays are pleased to be partnering with a leading organisation operating acrossplex, large-scale built environments to appoint an Operations Director. This is a critical and highly visible leadership role responsible for delivering operational excellence across a significant regional estate.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will have full accountability for the safe,pliant and cost-effective delivery of maintenance, repair and capital works across a diverse portfolio of sites.
The role epasses:

Circa £100m annual maintenance programme (reactive, planned and statutory)

Circa £250m capital investment programme, ranging from minor works toplex, mufti disciplinary projects

Leadership of a large, geographically dispersed team and an extensive outsourced supply chain
