A new role has been created to strengthen the site's future leadership capability as it embarks on a decade-long transformation programme involving significant investment in decarbonisation, automation and digital engineering. The successful candidate will join the site's senior leadership team as Operations & Engineering Manager, with a planned transition to Plant Manager over the next few years.
