Lentor Ambulance is hiring for the role of Operations Executives. The role is office based in Ang Mo Kio.

The person preferably have a minimum Diploma.

• Planning and dispatching ambulances and medical transport, working with customers and our crew, to maximised efficiency and effectiveness.
• Customer services oriented (writing and speaking)
• Planning transports for eldercare centres corporate clients, for the Wheelchair transports. Ensuring our crew and partners fleet perform to safety standards for eldercare transfers.
• Managing escalations
• Preparing reports and other duties, as required from supervisors/managers
