Job Description
Job Description - Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflows.
- Monitor sales performance and support teams in meeting targets.
- Manage staff training, scheduling, and performance.
- Maintain high customer service standards and resolve issues.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with brand guidelines.
- Handle inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Report on operations and communicate with management.
- Able to work shifts (earliest shift starts at 6:00 AM, latest shift ends at 1:00 AM), including weekends and public holidays.
