Operations is responsible for driving the planning and the day-to-day management of the business to align with the bank's mission and strategic goals. Operations set the direction and manage performance to bank targets with a focus on continual performance improvement.
Work includes:
Identifying and prioritizing product and service improvement opportunities and creating plans for implementation Utilising comprehensive knowledge of the company's internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for business Supporting bank strategy, proactively identifying and managing areas of risk Maintaining relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders including regulators, market vendors and internal divisions Communicating changes to operational requirements and their impact on relevant processes and controls What we’ll offer you
