We are looking for an Ops Finance Partner with strong operational and financial acumen to support the Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) organization in Brazil. This role is embedded within ATS operations — the candidate must understand how a transportation network runs (Middle Mile, Sort Centers, Fleet Management) and translate operational performance into financial outcomes. The ideal candidate thinks in bridges: Volume – Hours – Cost – P&L impact, and is equally comfortable on the warehouse floor understanding throughput as they are building a financial forecast.

Key Job Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership: Own the ATS Brazil P&L at a granular level — by node, lane, carrier, and cost category — ensuring full traceability from operational decisions to financial impact
