We are hiring an Operations & HR Admin Specialist based in Singapore to support local office operations, HR administration, employee lifecycle coordination, and cross-border communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities - Coordinate local employee work pass, employment documentation, and related administrative matters where applicable.
- Track and update visa, employment, HR, and office administration policies relevant to Singapore operations.
