Job Description

We are hiring an Operations & HR Admin Specialist based in Singapore to support local office operations, HR administration, employee lifecycle coordination, and cross-border communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate local employee work pass, employment documentation, and related administrative matters where applicable.
  • Track and update visa, employment, HR, and office administration policies relevant to Singapore operations.
  • Maintain office operations, workplace environment, office supplies, fixed assets, consumables, and vendor coordination.
  • Support daily liaison with government departments, chambers, partners, and external service providers.
