As an Operations Improvement Engineer, you’ll take ownership of critical projects that directly shape how products are manufactured, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and consistently high-quality. From leading capital upgrades to solving complex production challenges, your work will influence both day-to-day operations and long-term capability.


Success in this role means delivering tangible improvements - streamlined processes, reduced waste, stronger compliance, and smarter ways of working. Within your first 6–12 months, you’ll have led key projects end-to-end, introduced measurable efficiency gains, and built trusted relationships across production, quality, and engineering teams.
