Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Operations Integrators (Senior and Journeyman) to join our team! In these roles the senior level will manage and journeyman level will support, approved OIE plans into synchronized, executable, and adaptable action across the staff and partners.
What You'll Be Doing:
Senior
Translates OIE plans into executable actions bridging between planning and execution (OIE CONOPS; LOEs; COAs).Ensures tasks are aligned to objectives and effects; properly sequenced; assigned to the right organizations and prevent drift from approved intent during execution.Coordinates effects across capabilities and organizations, synchronize activities across: IO, MISO, cyber-enabled influence; Public Affairs (deconfliction, not control); Intelligence, operations, plans; and Interagency and partners (as applicable).Supports OIE synchronization and battle rhythm mainta...
