Job Description

Lead and coach direct reports to drive high performance, continuously improving team performance and ensuring opportunities for growth and development.

Partner across Business Partners (Finance, Internal Audit, Operational Risk, Canadian Operations, Best Practice) to close gaps, share quality and learning results, and present trends with the goal of continuously improving quality and learning in Operations.

Leverage relationships to support the implementation of quality and learning recommendations in Canadian Operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all quality and learning projects and initiatives, including scoping and detailing involvement, and deliver projects aligned to Business Partner strategies.
• Develop, create, and roll out new quality and learning programs in line with the Quality Framework and Guiding Principles, working closely with OLP Business Partner Leads.
