Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of operations.
This role sits at the centre of the business, handling incoming client requests, preparing quotations, setting up jobs accurately within our systems, and coordinating with our operations team to ensure smooth delivery.
The Operations & Logistics Coordinator will communicate with clients and requires a professional, detail-focused approach. 

A typical day may include:

Reviewing incoming emails and client requests, prioritising urgent jobs.
Preparing and issuing quotations for transport, storage, and logistics services.
Setting up jobs accurately within internal systems.
Speaking with clients to clarify requirements and schedules.
